Privacy Policy
Effective date: 20 August 2026
1. Who we are
KM Apps & Games is the trading name of Bc. Martin Hendrych, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (IČO: 08218862), with a place of business at Palackého 1500, 688 01 Uherský Brod, Czechia.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at kmappsgames@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the website at kmgames.uk and to the mobile apps and games we publish on app stores such as Google Play. Where an individual app handles data differently, that difference is described in the app's own store listing.
It does not cover the app stores themselves, or the websites of any third party we link to. Those services have their own privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
Our website
Our website collects nothing. We set no cookies, run no analytics, and ask for no personal information. There is no contact form and no sign-up. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, such as IP addresses, for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.
Our apps and games
Our games do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number, and we do not build user profiles.
Game progress, settings and scores are stored on your own device. If you use a backup service provided by your operating system, that data may be included in your device backup, which is handled by your device manufacturer rather than by us.
Our apps may include third-party software development kits (SDKs) for advertising, analytics and crash reporting. Where present, these SDKs may automatically collect technical information including a device advertising identifier, device model and operating system version, coarse location inferred from an IP address, app usage and interaction events, and crash diagnostics. We do not receive your name or contact details through these SDKs.
4. Why we use this information and our legal basis
We use the information described above to operate and deliver our apps, to keep them stable by diagnosing crashes and errors, to understand which features are used so we can improve them, and to fund development by showing advertising.
Under the GDPR, our legal basis for processing is your consent for personalised advertising and for any non-essential analytics, which you can give or withhold when asked, and our legitimate interest in keeping our apps working correctly, secure and free from fraud and abuse.
5. Advertising and analytics
Our games are supported by advertising. Where an app shows ads, the advertising provider acts as an independent controller or as a joint controller of the data it collects, and processes that data under its own privacy policy.
The specific advertising and analytics providers used by each app are named in that app's Google Play data safety section. Where we are required to obtain your consent for personalised advertising, we will ask you inside the app before any such processing begins, and you can change your answer later in the app settings.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing purposes.
Information may be shared with the advertising, analytics and crash reporting providers described above, with the app store that distributed the app, and with public authorities where we are required to do so by law.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, those transfers rely on safeguards approved under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. How long we keep information
We do not operate user accounts and hold no database of our players. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to those providers' own retention schedules. Any correspondence you send us by email is kept only for as long as needed to deal with your query, and for as long as tax or accounting law requires where a transaction is involved.
9. Security
Our website is served over HTTPS, and we keep the amount of personal data we handle to a minimum, which is the most effective protection we can offer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and data deletion requests
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data held about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place.
To exercise any of these, email us at kmappsgames@gmail.com. Because we do not hold accounts or identifiers that link to you personally, we may need you to supply your device advertising identifier so a request can be matched to any data held by our providers.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or turn off ad personalisation entirely, in your device settings at any time. On Android this is under Settings, Privacy, Ads.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.cz), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
11. Children
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under the age of digital consent in their country where that age is higher. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take steps to have it deleted.
12. California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and share, to request deletion of that information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Requests can be sent to the email address below.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps change, particularly when we add advertising or new features. The effective date at the top of the page always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
14. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints about this policy can be sent to kmappsgames@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
